About

J.R. Hutchinson is a retired law enforcement officer who spent over 25 years serving his hometown community of Hernando County, Florida. He retired as a Special Operations Division Commander with the rank of captain after serving in nearly every aspect of his organization. He worked tirelessly for the community but most importantly those who were faced with mental health struggles. During the course of his career, he picked up a camera as a means to relieve his own stresses from a career of serving others. He volunteers in a number of non-profit organizations and created a grass roots initiative called Trash Trek Hernando as a means to keep his community free of trash and debris. He is the host of the podcast and blog, Absolute Intent where he highlights people who are intentional about living life. If you have any suggestions for content please do not hesitate to use the contact page to send him a message. He would be grateful to hear from you.
